Croccantini is a uniquely crunchy and delicious cracker.
Sometimes a cracker can simply stand as a cracker—so yummy that it does not need to be dipped, coated, or topped. Reminiscent of flatbread, La Panzanella Artisanal Croccantini come in an array of epicurean flavors.

And, they are ideal for any occasion from elegant holiday spreads to intimate family meals.

Founded in 1990, La Panzanella quickly grew into one of the most popular bakeries in Seattle’s Capital Hill area. Although La Panzanella bakers created all kinds of artisanal breads, their greatest success came in 1997 with the Croccantini, which means “crunchy little bite” in Italian.

Made with all-natural ingredients, Croccantini crackers are an ideal snack food, the perfect addition to any appetizer, and a great complement to cheeses, spreads, and dips. Croccantini crackers are low in fat, and come in a fun variety of flavors: black pepper, fennel, garlic, onion, original, rosemary, sesame, tomato oregano, and whole wheat.
